1. Scope of the service

pixelpulserate.com (PE) provides an online appointment/request landing interface. Submitting a request is not an automatic booking confirmation unless expressly stated on the page.

2. Business identification

For services provided in e-commerce, the operator provides the identification information below in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII, Стаття 7.

3. Personal data and privacy

If you submit a request (including by using the contact form), the site may process personal data you provide for the purpose of handling and responding to your request.

We process personal data in compliance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VІ, Стаття 6, Стаття 8 and limit processing to specific lawful purposes necessary for the service.

You may exercise your rights as a data subject in accordance with Ukrainian law; requests regarding your personal data can be sent using the contact details in the footer of this page.

4. Distance/off-premises contracts and withdrawal right

If a distance/off-premises contract is concluded through this interface (for example, when payment/acceptance is carried out as part of the process), you may withdraw from the contract in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", Стаття 21.

To withdraw, you must send a written notice of withdrawal to the business using the contact details below (email or post). We will consider the notice according to the law and applicable contract terms.

5. Consumer complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, you should address it to the business in order to restore your rights, consistent with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", Стаття 39 and Стаття 38. Please include relevant order/request information and a description of the issue.

6. Acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information when submitting a request.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, or use automated methods to submit requests at unreasonable volume.
• You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.

7. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pixelpulserate.com is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including network outages, third-party service interruptions, or incorrect information provided by you).

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Ukrainian consumer or other mandatory law.

8. Marketing communications

If we send marketing communications through electronic communication channels, we will follow the prior-consent framework required by Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" № 1089-IX.
